A: If you know you need to declutter and get organized, but you’ve been putting it off for months—or even years, hiring someone to help can be the kickstart you need. A home org expert is on top of the latest tools, tricks, and tactics that homeowners often overlook for getting—and staying organized.
Q: What does an organizing session look like and how long does it take?
A: During your initial session, you’ll spend time looking at the problem area, discussing how long it's been that way, and deciding on next steps. From there, we can either write up an action plan or jump right in and start organizing. Depending on the size of the project, sessions can last from 2-4 hours. Multiple sessions may be needed.
Q: What should I do to prepare for an organizing session?
A: First of all, don’t clean! It really helps to see your space it all its glory. Also wait to purchase any bins, totes, and baskets until after your first session. Most homeowners already have the items they need lying around their home. They just need repurposing.
